I live in Baton Rouge, LA. I just bought your app for the ipad yesterday. It does not show the traffic conditions in the Baton Rouge Area. This is strange since the free “map” app that came with the ipad and iphone does show the congested traffic areas with the customary red lines. Your app however does show the accidents and work areas in Baton Rouge. Why would Apples Map app show the congestion and your app does not?
PS Your app does show the traffic conditions in the nearby New Orleans Area.
Thanks for your help

I purchased your Beat The Traffic app for my Ipad.
It shows nice detail of traffic conditions in the area but not the one stretch that I commute, which is in New York on route 15 between White Plains and Norwalk CT. Be nice if you can get traffic conditions there.

Ever since the latest upgrade, the program times out and I must restart my phone again. I deleted the app from my iphone and installed it again, to no avail. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Holly Crap! I thought that your site and app would be the best thing since sliced bread… well, it is as old as a stale sliced bread. Let’s get with the times, get some funding and move into the 2010 era!!! The idea (and I am sure the end execution is great) but it is so freakin’ painful to set anything up and so 2006, that it is actually useless. The map/route creation is terrible. In the Google Map era, there is no excuse for not embracing more Ajax and easier setup. It is obvious that programmers at your company are running the show (Hence the .NET framework) and there is no brain to say “Holly S***T” our usability sucks and we’re losing hundreds of peeps everyday day. I am giving up, it is too painful to do anything, site is full of issues on Firefox, etc… Please wake up and smell the Ajax (and other frameworks) and please let me know when you caught up with your own wed usability traffic jam.
